This week's pick: Pretzel Sticks to Snack On

Walmart’s Great Value Pretzel Sticks, Ultra Thin Salty are magic to me! If you, like my husband and me, like the outside of pretzel sticks more than the inside, this is the ultimate supermarket pretzel.

As my husband says, “It's all surface area!” If you see pretzels as a delightful salt delivery vehicle, then you’ll love these too. They are very crispy and break up very quickly as you are crunching them. The salt just bursts in your mouth and the baked surface is baked and rich.

They also make my party mix even more delicious!

Pretzel purists may not like these pretzels, and I get that. The interior is nearly nonexistent, and they break very, very easily. This is a pretzel for saltaholics like yours truly, and if you fall into this category, you’ll probably love the pretzels! They are especially delicious with a glass of milk.

(About Walmart: Some of us live far enough out from our town to have to shop at Walmart or we can’t shop! So yes, I do have concerns about Walmart as a corporation, but I’m stuck!)

They cost only $1.98 at our Walmart, which is probably the same nationwide, so you can stock up. Most people haven’t heard of these (they are different from the ubiquitously popular flat pretzels), so at the very least, they’ll be a conversation starter if you serve them at a gathering!
